Season Ticket Holders Jerseys Terms & Conditions

The maximum number of jerseys you can order cannot exceed the number of season tickets you have within your account (e.g., you cannot order three jerseys if you only have two season tickets).

The Belfast Giants and/or National Merchandise are unable to accept returns for any bespoke or personalised jerseys (e.g., Names & Numbers), except in the case of faulty good or manufacturing errors. Please check all spelling, numbers, and sizing before submitting your order.

If you notice an issue with you order confirmation, please contact National Merchandise at shopnmireland@nationalmerchandise.co.uk as soon as possible as it may be possible to amend your order before production.

Faulty jerseys will be assessed on an individual basis and on what is considered to be reasonable wear and tear. The timeframe of this process is usually up to six months from the time of purchase.
